What we process

• What you enter in the quote form: name, email, phone (optional), address and details of the property or site, and your comments.
• Data you send us by email or that is needed to carry out the assignment.
• Only with your consent (cookies): how you reached the site, for example through which ad, and which pages you viewed.

We do not process sensitive data.

Why and on what basis

• Handling your request, preparing a quote and carrying out the assignment (pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract).
• Invoicing and accounting (legal obligation).
• Measuring site performance and which ads lead to a request (your consent, through the cookie banner).

Who receives data

Only parties that help us handle your request: our website host and form processor (Netlify), our CRM and quotation system (Odoo), our email provider and our accountant. With your consent Google (Analytics and Ads) also receives measurement data. We do not sell data. Processors are bound by contract (to be confirmed).

How long we keep it

• Requests that do not lead to an assignment: up to 2 years (to be confirmed).
• Assignments and invoices: 7 years, as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You may access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing or object to it. Email info@boengi.be; we reply within 30 days. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
