Negotiations with owners of land and buildings
For a wind turbine, a mobile phone mast or a new pipeline, you need the owners’ consent. Boengi negotiates on your behalf: fairly, respectfully and with real knowledge of the terrain. So your project moves forward faster.

What do negotiations involve?
We hold the talks with owners and users of land and buildings affected by your project. Think of a location for a mast, a right of way for a pipeline or compensation for crop damage.
We explain what will happen, listen to their questions and look for an agreement that works for both sides.
Knowledge of the terrain
Because we work on building sites ourselves, we know what works mean in practice. That makes us credible at the table.
When should you call us in?
- Wind turbines: agreements with owners and farmers about the location.
- Mobile and telecom infrastructure: finding a suitable site and making agreements.
- Cables and pipelines: arranging a right of way or easement (erfdienstbaarheid).
- Compensation for damage or nuisance during the works.
- Purchase or sale of land for your project.

From first contact to agreement.
Preparation
We identify the owners involved and agree the room for manoeuvre with you.
Talks
We visit, explain the project and listen to questions and concerns.
Agreement
We record the agreements and follow up until everything is signed.
Questions about negotiations.
Yes. We act on your behalf, within the terms and budget we agree together beforehand.
Then we look for alternatives together: a different location, a different route or different terms. We keep you informed at every step.
Mainly energy, telecom and utilities. But also other projects that involve land or buildings owned by third parties.
